Demo Program Information

Welcome to our Demo Program! Experience our paddles firsthand for a trial period of 10 days, all for just a nominal shipping fee of $20. Below are the details to guide you through the process:

1. Paddle Condition: Most demo paddles are lightly used but in excellent condition. Some may be brand new.

2. Cost: Upon trying the demo paddles, you will be initially charged the full price, equivalent to 65% of a new paddle. However, you will only pay $20 for shipping if you choose to return the demo within 10 days. This shipping fee covers transit to and from your location. The demo program is available within the continental United States. The exact shipping cost for multiple paddles depends on the quantity.

3. Trial Period: You have a 10-day trial period from the day the demos are delivered. For instance, if delivered on a Monday, kindly ship them back by the following Wednesday.

4. Next Steps After Trying the Paddle:

  • If you decide to keep the paddle, email us at support@808pickle.com to confirm your decision. No refund will be issued for the demo payment.
  • Alternatively, you can opt to purchase a new paddle. Select "Upgrade Demo Paddle to New One," pay the price difference, and return the demo. Once we receive it, we'll ship the new paddle. You will not charge you the shipping cost of the demo paddle; no other discount codes cannot be applied.
  • If you choose not to keep the paddle, return it before the due date. We will refund the balance and charge only $20 for the shipping cost.

5. Late Returns: No late fees will be charged for returns delayed by a day or so. However, failure to return demos within 5 days of the due date will result in the non-refund of the demo paddle price.

6. Return Process: We provide a USPS return label in the demo package. Retain the box and paperwork, place the demos in the bubble bag after 10 days, affix the return label, and drop it at the nearest staffed USPS store.

7. Damaged or Lost Demos: If a demo is intentionally damaged or lost, the demo paddle price will not be refunded. Report any pre-existing damage upon receipt. For broken demos, email support@808pickle.com immediately.

8. Paddle Cover: A $15 charge for a lost or broken paddle cover will be deducted from the refundable amount.

9. Ordering Additional Products: While you can order additional products with your demos, transactions must be separate. Complete the demo order first, then proceed with the additional product order. We will coordinate both orders to ship together in the same bubble bag.
