Try our paddles firsthand with a 15-day trial period and decide what works best for you.
Program Details
1. Paddle Condition:
Most demo paddles are lightly used but in excellent condition. Some may even be brand new.
2. Cost:
To participate, you’ll pay the full cost of the demo paddle plus shipping upfront.
3. Trial Period:
The trial period lasts 15 days from the day your paddle is delivered. For example, if delivered on a Monday, please ship it back by the second Tuesday.
4. What Happens After the Trial:
- Keep the Paddle:
If you love the paddle, keep it—no further action is needed.
- Return the Paddle:
If the paddle isn’t the right fit, contact us for a return label. Once we receive the returned paddle, we will refund the full purchase price of the demo paddle, minus $30 to cover shipping and handling.
- Exchange for a New Paddle:
If you’d like a brand-new paddle instead, return the demo paddle. The full demo paddle price will be credited toward your new paddle purchase.
5. Eligibility:
This program is available exclusively to customers within the United States.
6. Return Process:
Contact us to request a prepaid return label. Retain the original box and paperwork, securely place the paddle in the bubble bag, affix the return label, and drop it off at a staffed USPS location.
7. Late Returns:
No fees will apply for minor delays (1–2 days). However, if the paddle is not returned within 5 days of the due date, the demo paddle will be considered purchased.
8. Damaged or Lost Demos:
If the paddle is lost or intentionally damaged, the demo price will not be refunded. Report any pre-existing damage upon receipt. For broken paddles, please contact us immediately at **support@808pickle.com**.
9. Paddle Cover:
A $15 fee will apply if the paddle cover is lost or damaged.
