Warranty, Exchange & Returns

At Honolulu Pickleball Company, we are committed to providing you with top-quality products and exceptional service. If you need to return or exchange a product, or make a warranty claim, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read through our policies and follow the steps below to initiate your request.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

  • We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused pickleball paddles purchased through the Honolulu Pickleball Company website.
  • To qualify for a full refund:
    • Paddles must be returned in new condition with the original packaging.
    • The paddle must be unused and free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
    • All original packaging, including manufacturer's tags, labels, and accessories, must be included.
  • Conditionally Accepted Returns:
    • Paddles returned with blemishes due to use may incur a minimum 20% processing fee based on MSRP.
    • Damaged paddles, including those with removed or stained grips, scuffs, cracks, or heavy use marks, will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or replacements.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 5-20 business days for us to process your return.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Switching Paddles:

  • Paddles must be returned in new condition.
  • Customers are responsible for a $10 processing fee and shipping costs.

Warranty Policy

6-Month Warranty:

  • We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal usage.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damages from improper use, normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, or modifications made after purchase.
  • Paddles lost or stolen, faded graphics, worn grip tape, or wear and tear from regular play.
  • Use of the paddle in temperatures below 40°F or 5℃, or above 120°F or 50℃ (e.g., in a car).
  • Rattling noises (as they do not impact performance).
  • Paddles used in commercial applications or rentals, sold as demos, or as second-grade blemished paddles.
  • Paddle covers are not covered under warranty.

Self-Service Warranty Exchange & Return

To make a warranty exchange or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your Item:
    • Ensure your paddle meets the return or warranty conditions outlined above.
    • Include a note describing the issue you’re experiencing and what action you’d like to take (e.g., warranty exchange or return for a refund).
  2. Shipping Address:

  3. Processing Your Request:
    • For warranty issues, we offer an even exchange with the same product. You may request a color change if desired.
    • Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your request within 7-10 business days.

Please Note: Returns and exchanges are only for items purchased through the Honolulu Pickleball Company website. All other paddles purchased through dealers or distributors must be returned or exchanged through those dealers or distributors.

Proof of Purchase

  • Paddles purchased from authorized retail partners require proof of purchase with the purchase date.
