We are committed to providing our valued customers with top-quality pickleball products and exceptional service. If you find that you need to return a product, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy. 


Warranty only covers United States; all sales final for International Sales.  


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused pickleball paddles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this timeframe.

  • Full Refund Conditions:
    • Paddles must be returned in new condition with the original packaging.
    • The paddle must be unused, and free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
    • All original packaging, including manufacturer's tags, labels, and accessories, must be included with the return.
  • Conditionally Accepted Returns:
    • Paddles returned with blemishes due to use may be subject to a minimum 20% processing fee based on MSRP.
    • Damaged paddles, including those with removed or stained grips, scuffs, cracks, or heavy use marks, will not be accepted for return.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or replacements.
  • Processing Time:
    • Please allow 5-20 business days for us to process your return. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Paddles switch must be returned in new condition,  customers are responsible for the $10 processing fee and shipping costs.

We stand behind the quality of our pickleball paddles with a comprehensive warranty:

  • 6-Month Warranty:
    • We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. 
    • This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal usage.
  • Warranty Exclusions:
    • Damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, accidents, or modifications made after purchase.
    • Paddles lost or stolen, faded graphics, worn grip tape, or wear and tear from regular play.
    • Use of paddle in temperatures below 40°F or 5.
    • Paddles kept in temperatures ( such as, in the car) above 120°F or 50
    • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.
    • Rattling ( does not impact performance).
    • Used in commercial applications or rentals.
    • Paddles sold as demos and second-grade blemished paddles.
    • Paddle cover not covered under warranty.  
  • Claim Process:
    • Any reported defects must be presented with photographic evidence before use.
    • If approved under warranty, we will provide a brand-new replacement paddle within 10 business days of receipt at our facility.
  • Proof of Purchase:
    • Paddles purchased from authorized retail partners require proof of purchase with the purchase date.
