We strive to provide our valued customers with top-quality pickleball products and exceptional service. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy:

30-Calendar Day Return Policy

We offer a 30- Calendar Day return policy from the date of delivery for unused pickleball paddles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this timeframe.

The paddle must be in brand-new, unused condition, free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage. All original packaging, including the manufacturer's tags, labels, and accessories, must be included with the return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return or replacement.

Please give us 3-5 business days to process the return order. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange as requested within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our pickleball paddles. We are pleased to offer a 6 month warranty from the date of delivery for our paddles. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that may arise during normal and proper usage.

If you encounter any issues with your paddle that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a brand-new replacement paddle at no additional cost to you. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, or accidents. It also does not cover paddles that have been stolen or lost. Additionally, the warranty does not cover faded graphics, worn grip tape, or regular wear and tear that occurs during the normal course of play.

We reserve the right to inspect all products for defects. We will independently determine whether to accept warranty claims.
